Diagnostic Assessment
IDEAS’ multidisciplinary team provides a comprehensive array of services, with a primary focus on conducting diagnostic assessments to identify a range of learning challenges such as Dyslexia, Autism, Slow Learning, ADHD, and other difficulties that students may face.

IDEAS offers a comprehensive and individualised remedial program, utilising a multi-sensory structured approach that is tailored to each student’s needs.
Following a comprehensive screening and assessment procedure, a dedicated multidisciplinary team at IDEAS formulates a personalised Individualised Educational Plan (IEP) designed for each student. This thoughtfully crafted program is seamlessly integrated into inclusive classrooms, exemplifying IDEAS’ commitment to accommodating individuals both with and without learning challenges.
Moreover, IDEAS extends its support through individualised remedial sessions conducted alongside regular classes, ensuring a holistic educational experience. Group remedial sessions further enhance this inclusive approach, fostering a harmonious learning environment for all.

Liaison with Educational Institutes
Since it’s inception, IDEAS has actively collaborated with educational institutes to raise awareness about learning difficulties and promote the development of inclusive and “Dyslexia-friendly” classroom environments.
Our collaboration extends to educational institutions, including schools and universities, where we actively coordinate seminars, informative talks, and specialised training workshops. The central focus of these events is to amplify comprehension and awareness surrounding Dyslexia and various learning difficulties. Our overarching objective is to disseminate essential insights about the legal entitlements of children facing dyslexia and other learning challenges, as enshrined in the Dyslexia Measures Bill established by the Government of Pakistan. Through these organised initiatives, we strive to empower educators, parents, and the wider community with the knowledge and understanding needed to support and advocate for children dealing with these learning differences.
Our ultimate goal is to foster an inclusive educational setting that embraces students with learning challenges and ensures that schools are equipped to support their needs.

Teacher Training Institute
Within the framework of IDEAS, we function as a dedicated institute for teacher training, offering an all-encompassing Diploma of Remedial Therapy program. This meticulously designed six-month course combines theoretical insights with hands-on practical experience, imparting trainees with a profound understanding of diagnosing and assessing children who grapple with learning challenges.
Furthermore, our program places a strong emphasis on cultivating adeptness in formulating and employing impactful teaching techniques. This facet of the course equips educators with the skills needed to adeptly address the distinctive requirements of these students, ensuring their educational needs are met effectively.
IDEAS assumes a unique role as the exclusive provider of this program, intending to bridge the existing gap in the availability of proficient remedial therapists within Pakistan. By offering this comprehensive training, we contribute to the enhancement of educational support for children facing learning difficulties and strive to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment.

Charitable Arm
IDEAS is dedicated to promoting equal educational opportunities for all children, including those from underprivileged backgrounds. Recognising the importance of providing financial support, we assist in covering the tuition costs for these children. Our outreach efforts extend to marginalised members of the community through our four distinct programs, which are specifically designed to cater to the privileged class, middle class, underprivileged class, and those eligible for zakat assistance.
